Nothing To Wear - Terms & Conditions


  • I understand that these items are new & pre-loved clothing, this will be specified on each individual product page
  • I understand that the pre-loved items have been previously worn, which may alter the condition of the item - however I understand that all items have been approved by Nothing To Wear to be of a sellable condition and any comment/remarks are mentioned in the product description


  • Returns accepted within 7 days from time of ordering
  • 0AED return shipping fee if refunded to Store Credit
  • 20AED return shipping fee if refunded to Card/Tabby
  • Ensure to mention 'FENIX COURIER COLLECTION' on the outer packaging
  • If paid cash/card on delivery you will be refunded by Store Credit which is valid for 3 months only
  • If you have received a faulty/damaged item, please contact us via email and we will request for collection, if the item is deemed faulty/damaged by our team, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (unless paid COD then you will be refunded via store credit).
  • If your return order has been failed to be collected twice (a failed collection is defined as: the driver has attempted to contact the customer via phone or has approached the address but there was no response), the return will be cancelled - we recommend leaving the item outside your door safely so our couriers can successfully collect the order throughout the day. If the first collection was unsuccessful, this will cause a delay of approx 3 days.
  • PLEASE NOTE: items that are damaged, soiled, or smelling of perfumes/scents will not qualify and the return will be rejected. If our returns policy is misused, you will receive no refund for the whole order and your item(s) will be disposed of. If you have misused the return policy twice, you will be banned from Nothing To Wear and all future orders will be cancelled.
  • STORE CREDIT: is valid for 3 months from date of issue. Store credit does not work on our app.
  • If your return request is approved, we request that you leave the item safely by the door with 'FENIX COURIER COLLECTION' mentioned on the outer packaging. Collection will be within 3 days. Once received by Nothing To Wear, please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed. Once processed, you receive a refund notification via email.

Store Credit

  • Store credit can be issued to customers who which to return items or for customers who have swapped their own clothes for nothing to wear store credit via the ‘sell to nothing to wear’ option we offer
  • Store credit can be issued to customers who previously placed orders and paid by cash/card on delivery and returned items to Nothing To Wear
  • To access your store credit, you must be logged into your nothing to wear account. If you haven’t made an account yet then you can easily do this - just ensure you sign up to your new account with the same email address as previous orders, as the store credit is linked to the email address.
  • Store credit is valid for 3 months from issue
  • Once your Store Credit has expired, it cannot be reinstated

Refund To Credit/Debit Card

  • Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be shown on your bank account, this is down to the bank and out of the control of Nothing To Wear
  • You will receive email confirmation that the refund request has been sent to your bank account


    • Nothing To Wear is not responsible for denied purchases via Tabby - there are a number of reasons why a customer may not be approved for purchases with Tabby. For example, too many outstanding Tabby purchases, previous missed payments or seen as a high risk customer
