What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Debit/Credit Card
  • Apple Pay
  • Tabby (pay in 4 interest free installments)
  • Cash & Card on Delivery (additional 10AED)

Please note that COD is available on orders 499AED and below

How do I use store credit?

Your Store Credit will now be automatically linked to your NOTHING TO WEAR account, which means you will need to be logged into your account with your registered email address.

Once you have logged in you will see that your Store Credit is saved under your [Profile - Payment Methods]. And when you come to checkout on the website, you will see the option to Apply Store Credit. A reminder that Store Credit is valid from 3 months (from the date of issue) and cannot be reinstated past this time.

What's your returns policy?

SALE ITEMS: Items purchased in any sale are non returnable & non refundable.

  • Returns accepted within 7 days from time of ordering
  • 0AED return shipping fee if refunded to Store Credit
  • 20AED return shipping fee if refunded to Card/Tabby
  • Remember to mention 'FENIX COURIER COLLECTION' on the outer packaging
  • If paid cash/card on delivery you will be refunded by Store Credit
  • If you have received a faulty item, please contact us via email and we will request for collection, if the item is deemed faulty by our team, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (unless paid COD then you will be refunded via store credit).
  • If your return order has been failed to be collected twice (a failed collection is defined as: the driver has attempted to contact the customer via phone or has approached the address but there was no response), the return will be cancelled - we recommend leaving the item outside your door safely so our couriers can successfully collect the order throughout the day. If the first collection was unsuccessful, this will cause a delay of approx 3 days.
  • PLEASE NOTE: items that are damaged, soiled, or smelling of perfumes/scents will NOT qualify and the return will be rejected. If our returns policy is misused, you will receive no refund and your item(s) will be disposed of.
  • STORE CREDIT: is valid for 3 months from date of issue. Store credit does not work on our app.
  • SALE ITEMS: Items purchased in any sale are non returnable & non refundable.

How to make a return request?

Submit a return request

  1. Enter your Order Number, beginning NTW____.
  2. Enter your email address that was used when placing the online order.
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.

We will approve your request within 3 business day and then the courier driver will be assigned to collect the return order from you within 3 days. We request that you leave the item safely by the door with 'FENIX COURIER COLLECTION' mentioned on the outer packaging.

Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed.

After the refund is issued, you receive a refund notification via email.

Do you exchange items?

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to request a return via our online returns portal, then we will refund you via your original payment method or store credit - then you can place an order for a new item.

What does pre-loved mean?

Pre-loved means it was previously owned. However a large quantity of our stock is from other brands, but still brand new with tags!

How do I know if items are pre-loved?

On the product page, it will mention the size available, brand and the 'condition' - which is where you'll see if it's pre-loved or brand new with tags.

Nothing To Wear branded items are all brand new with tags.
